Rick Tannenbaum
Rick Tannenbaum has been providing real estate advisory services for more than 25 years. Rick has worked with Bard Consulting since 2012.
His professional experience includes working as an investment banker for a national real estate capital intermediary, during which he advised clients on more than $3 billion of acquisition, disposition and financing transactions. Earlier in his career, he worked as a real estate consultant for Deloitte, a global consulting and accounting firm.
Clients have included pension funds, banks, insurance companies, endowments, foundations, REITs, master-planned community developers, multifamily and commercial property developers and private property owners. His particular areas of expertise are: senior and subordinate debt financing, equity financing, real estate investment strategy, portfolio management, acquisitions and dispositions and investment manager due diligence.
