Dominic Boitano
Dominic has over 25 years of experience in real estate, with expertise in single and multi-family housing, retail, mixed use, and master planned community settings. His work has included all aspects of a project’s lifecycle, from initial acquisition and capitalization, through development and construction, to sale or lease up and recapitalization.
Prior to beginning his work with Bard in 2023, Dominic worked for Robson Homes for over 10 years, managing numerous development projects and the company’s commercial property portfolio. Prior to Robson, Dominic was an executive at LDC Advisors, providing real estate consulting and advisory services to a variety of institutional investors, owners, and lenders. At LDC his work focused on investment analysis, due diligence of subdivisions and master planned communities, and manager evaluations.
Earlier in his career, Dominic held project management roles for a national public home builder, a regional private civil engineering company, and a national civil contractor.
Today, in addition to his work at Bard, Dominic runs a small development company active in the greater Bay Area.
