Jill Katz

Jill Katz has been providing real estate advisory services for over 25 years, primarily focused on credit executions.  She has closed over $10 billion in transactions.  Her work has focused on major property types such as multifamily, industrial, and retail as well as having a familiarity with environmental contamination issues, rent-stabilized multi-family, and ground leases.  

Jill has primarily represented owners and operators as borrowers.   During her career, Jill has worked with a variety of financial institutions including international and domestic money center banks, debt funds, and regional banks.  She established the project financing department for a newly formed, publicly traded industrial development company and sourced and negotiated $7+ billion of acquisition and refinancing debt for unique investment strategies including a ground lease strategy and a regional urban multifamily strategy.

In addition to her deep capital markets expertise, Jill has managed a 100-acre mixed use redevelopment project and the repositioning of a destination retail center.
