Chris R. Miers
Chris Miers has worked in institutional real estate since 1999. Chris joined Bard Consulting in 2009 and became a principal in 2016.
Prior to joining Bard, Chris worked at Babcock & Brown, a global investment and advisory firm, where he identified and invested in target markets, performed due diligence, originated new and restructured existing investments, and managed investment partner relationships. Chris was also in the Investment Management Group at the Shorenstein Company where he performed fund management services. Prior to that, Chris was at AMB Property Corporation (now Prologis) working in various roles, including asset and portfolio management, acquisitions, and fundraising.
Chris’ areas of consulting expertise include investment and manager due diligence, workout of distressed assets and portfolios, transaction structuring, and quantitative analysis.
