Faye Beverett
Principal

Ms. Beverett has worked as a consultant and principal in real estate for over 25 years. Her clients have included pension funds, investment advisors, individual property owners, and various public- and private-sector entities.

Ms. Beverett joined Bard Consulting in 2004, and became a principal in the firm in 2006. Previously, she had founded a consulting and investment firm that acquired and managed office and industrial properties for individual investors and provided consulting services to real estate owners. Ms. Beverett also served as a vice president for Catellus Development Corporation (later acquired by ProLogis) and, earlier, worked for Deloitte & Touche, a Big 6 international accounting and consulting firm.

Her particular areas of consulting expertise include analysis of troubled assets, investment manager evaluation, “emerging manager” evaluation, analysis of real estate investments, due diligence, transaction structuring, negotiation, documentation, and asset valuation.
