Bard Consulting LLC provides strategic real estate counsel to clients in all segments of the real estate industry. Based in San Francisco, we serve clients throughout the country.

Our practice is focused on developing and implementing optimal real estate investment strategies, as well as analyzing, negotiating and assisting in the oversight and workout of real estate transactions. We perform assignments for both private sector and public sector clients.

Bard Consulting was founded by Roy Schneiderman in 2001. Faye Beverett joined in 2004. Together, Mr. Schneiderman and Ms. Beverett have almost 50 years of real estate experience.

Bard Consulting has been selected to be on the Special Project Consultants Panel of the California Public Employees' Retirement System (CalPERS) and the Independent Fiduciaries Panel of the California State Teachers' Retirement System (CalSTRS). In addition, Roy Schneiderman is a member of the NASD Board of Arbitrators.
